Some CSS files auto load for every page such as star rating. GDPR consent plugin also preloads CSS. These css files result in render blocking in page speed tests. I think we should be able to put non critical css to execute at the end no matter preloaded or not. Here is a good explanation and a solution: https://web.dev/defer-non-critical-css/
